Bethell Construction
Charlton Drive
This development of 12 apartments is situated in a quiet residential area in Sale, Cheshire. The building embraces high quality design and materials and is constructed and fitted out to an exceptional standard.
The project commenced in the winter of 2007 and was completed in December 2008.
Bethell Construction were appointed on a negotiated design and build basis following agreement of cost and specification.
The construction team were fully integrated with the client and the design team to ensure that the clients’ requirements were accurately interpreted and incorporated into the finished building.
This was achieved as a ‘turnkey’ contract and Bethell Construction provided the design and build service from inception of the design, through to the final handover of the building, complete with all fittings and fixtures, landscaping, security and car parking facilities.
Materials used were environmentally friendly and were in compliance with the company’s Environmental Policy.
Elevational treatment comprises the use of cedar boarding, brickwork and self-cleaning rendering to the balcony areas.
The building is constructed using a timber frame which allowed early clean and dry access to the interior so that internal trades could progress without being dependant on weather conditions.
Apartments are fully endorsed by the NHBC.
