2 separate work phases

Phase 1 works consisted of the following:
Construction of reinforced concrete caps and ground beams.
Construction of reinforced concrete ground floor slab, including sub base, insulation DPM and associated drainage/service ducting
Construction of site access road up to and including binder course, works included kerbing, capping,subbase,ducting, drainage, asphalt
Construction of site footpaths and playgrounds up to and including binder course, works included edging kerbs, subbase, drainage and asphalt
Construction of an amphitheatre
Site drainage including installation of a petrol interceptor and attenuation tank
Creation of a new 278 entrance

Phase 2 consisted of the following:

Reconfiguration of an existing car park including widening of entrance road, construction of a new exit road, and construction of 12 new paved disabled bays.
Wearing course placement to primary school access road, playgrounds and Footpaths
PCC paving placement to school entrance
Installation of LV ducting system
Erection of cctv and street lighting columns
Lining works to access road and playgrounds
Installation of Aco drains to playgrounds and access road
